Federal Government's Core Support Funding

Core support funding, is used to access Home Assistance Program and is available across Sydney, New South Wales and the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Tailored Home Assistance

Phone check-in

Daily phone or online check-in to see how you are feeling or if you need any other support.

Daily respite

Assistance with home cleaning such as vacuuming, light dusting or unpacking groceries.
