At Eloma Care, we believe that trying real work can be life-changing for our clients. That’s why our Work Experience Program is all about learning, growing, and having fun while building confidence and new skills!
We’re thrilled to announce two fantastic new work experience locations! Our clients can now gain hands-on experience at Fairfield Heights Woolworths and Lifeline in Campbelltown. These partnerships open the door to exploring how a store operates, practising customer service, stacking shelves, unloading items from palettes, deli jobs and learning everyday practical skills. There is even an opportunity to take part in mock interviews to experience what a real job interview is like, all in a safe, supportive environment.
Through partnerships with trusted businesses, each placement is tailored to each client’s pace and interests, ensuring every experience is positive and empowering. Transport to and from locations is provided, making it simple and stress-free to join in. It’s all about learning by doing, celebrating achievements, and discovering what you love!
The program is available across multiple Eloma Care Day Programs in NSW and continues to grow with even more exciting opportunities coming in 2026.
