On the 16th October, we rolled out the red carpet for one of the most anticipated events of the year, our annual NSW Gala Ball! Held at the stunning Doltone House Western Sydney, this year’s Great Gatsby theme brought the glamour of the Roaring Twenties to life, with 450 clients, families, carers and staff coming together for a night of celebration and unforgettable memories.
Now in its third year, the Gala Ball continues to give our clients the opportunity to dress up, feel special and celebrate alongside the people who matter most. From feathers, pearls and sparkling sequins to sharp suits and bow ties, our guests embraced the theme in style.
The evening featured a delicious three-course meal, Gatsby-inspired entertainment, plenty of photo opportunities at the photobooth and a dance floor full of energy. One of the standout moments was a special solo performance by our very own Memory Rongokea from Belmore Day Program, who treated everyone to a memorable performance.
Our Gala Ball is about so much more than a night out. At Eloma Care, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to celebrate special milestones, connect with others and create memories that last a lifetime.
Importantly, the event is free for everyone attending, helping remove financial barriers that can make formal celebrations difficult for some families to access. Our Project Black Tie initiative also makes the evening more accessible by giving pre-loved formal wear and accessories a second life. Thanks to generous community donations, our guests can find an outfit they love and feel confident stepping onto the red carpet.
